Formed in 1991, the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors (BC) is an association of professional inspectors committed to protecting consumers and improving inspection services. Bound by a Code of Ethics, CAHPI inspectors must complete examinations, conform to standards of practice, provide detailed written reports and earn ongoing training credits.
