A Home Inspection is a detailed visual examination of accessible areas of a home's major systems and components and usually takes 3 to 4 hours. These systems and components include roofing, structure, exterior, plumbing, electrical, interior, heating & air conditioning, insulation & ventilation.

A detailed written report is prepared during the inspection and digital photos of areas of interest are taken. The Inspection Report is prepared for the exclusive use of the client and will not be disclosed to third parties (realtors, sellers, lenders) without their consent.

Bryan Miller encourages clients, where possible, to be present at the end of an inspection so that areas of interest or concern can be viewed and discussed. Out of town clients are assisted by e-mail, prompt phone contacts and delivery of the report.

Commercial Inspections and reports are naturally more complex and usually take about 10 working days to conclude.
