Riverview Farms is a family run business. We have been growing garlic for the past 2 years. Our main variety of garlic is Italian Porcelain. This garlic has a very large bulb – 3 to 4 inches, with 5 to 6 cloves per bulb. At the Hills Garlic Festival our garlic won the largest clove competition last year. We will be harvesting our garlic crop at the end of July and early August. The garlic will be ready for orders by mid August to late November. The best time to plant for next year’s crop is early October.
